Return & Refund Policy

All items are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse.

We only offer replacements or refunds if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at smartsuccess49@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
